Noreen was married off as a teenager and got pregnant at 17. With no access to antenatal care, we recruited her on to our maternal child health program. She was cared for throughout her pregnancy and delivered her baby safely.

With Acute Respiratory Distress at birth, her baby was in the neonatal ICU for a week after which it was discharged successfully. All she could say was, “what could I have done without Jungle Medical Missions? Today both mother and baby are thriving.
